The folks over at Pimco, Fairholme Capital Management and Harris Associates must be very busy Tuesday morning working on ways to trumpet the latest feather in their respective star managers' cap.

Morningstar on Tuesday unveiled its picks for the Manager of the Decade award. The winners are Bill Gross for fixed income, Bruce Berkowitz for domestic equity and David Herro for foreign equity.
