WisdomTree filed for a new ETF with the
SEC on Wednesday. If approved, the
WisdomTree Real Return Fund will invest in inflation-linked securities such as TIPS, bonds and commodities instruments.
The fund will be sub-advised by
Mellon Capital Management and will come with an expense ratio of 50 basis points. WisdomTree has agreed to waive 10 bps of those management fees through August 31, 2010, and WisdomTree will pay Mellon 12 bps of the first $100 million in average daily net assets of the fund, with a step down to seven basis points should daily assets reach an excess of $500 million.
WisdomTree has a total of 50 ETFs.
