Ivy Funds is no longer using Henderson Global Investors as sub-advisor for the Ivy European Opportunities Fund. Effective July 1, Ivy Investment Management Company has taken over the investment management duties for the portfolio, according to an SEC filing.

The Ivy Funds board of trustees unanimously approved the termination of the sub-advisory agreement with Henderson on March 26.

The sub-advisory relationship had been in place since December 2002.
