exec has changed the firm's investment strategy from a team-based management system to one that is led by top managers who bear much weight on making individual investment decisions. Reynolds has brought in a slew of well-known managers, some who were former Fidelity colleagues to help lead the firm and he introduced new product, the Herald added.
