SunStar hosted a Webinar Tuesday afternoon that featured what the strategic media relations firm called the "best of the best" among mutual funds, including some that have gone relatively "undiscovered." The Webinar was moderated by SunStar's Dan Sondhelm and featured the following presenters from a wide range of investments and strategies:

Randall Greer, First Focus Core Equity Fund
Chris Rowane, Huntington Mid Corp America Fund
Barry James, James Balanced Golden Rainbow Fund
Ron Sugameli, New Century Alternative
Mark Denkinger, Principal High Yield Fund

The Webinar was attended by both trade and investor-oriented journalists, and had the goal of addressing broader macroeconomic issues while simultaneously exploring the performances and strategies of a handful of funds that have enjoyed recent successes. Each presenter gave an overview of their fund strategy and economic outlook, and offered some specific stock picks. The presentation was punctuated by interactive polls which posed questions to the audience such as "What shape will the recovery take?” which, in turn, informed the question and discussion portion of the event.
