The Reserve is facing more trouble with its Primary Fund. Delores Monte, president of DM Financial Services Inc. lodged a complaint with the the New York State Office of the Attorney General on behalf of clients of her firm that have not received their final distribution from the Primary fund, according to a published report. Monte alleged that The Reserve has not responded to inquiries about the date of the distribution.
