Ronald O'Kelley, cfo at
State Street Corporation, is stepping down from his post, a spokesperson with the firm told the MutualFundWire.com. The firm reports that he is doing so for personal reasons, but that he is not retiring.
He will be replaced by

O'Kelley's resignation will take effect on March 31. State Street has already contracted with an executive search firm to find a replacement. The spokesperson added that there was no timeframe as of yet for finding a replacement.
