Russell Investments and its parent,
Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance
Co. will support the value of the Lehman credit held in two money funds, the
Russell Investment Co. Money Market Fund and the
Russell Trust Co. Short Term
Investment Fund.
Meanwhile, Wachovia has entered into support agreements with
Evergreen
Money Market Fund,
Evergreen Institutional Money Market Fund and
Evergreen Prime Cash Management Fund.
