Bisys Investment Services Group has named
George Evans as executive vice president of business development. In this post, he will oversee sales, marketing, strategic planning, product development, and working with other Bisys units.
Evans will report to
Bill Tomko, president of the group. "George's industry expertise, extensive business development experience, and outstanding professional reputation uniquely qualify him to assume this executive-level position. I believe his strategic oversight and day-to-day tactical guidance will enhance Bisys' position as a leading provider of mutual fund and retirement plan services, and will accelerate our business development success," he stated.
Before this move, Evans held the title of senior vice president of investor services at
J.P.Morgan, where he was responsible for global business development, internal and external marketing, and communications.
