Invesco's ETF specialists are preparing to launch 14 funds in London, Milan, and eventually across Europe. Financial News Online's Phil Craig reports that PowerShares plans to launch 12 ETFs this month on the London Stock Exchange and two next month on its sister exchange, Borsa Italiana. After that, the funds will eventually go on the Euronext and Frankfuerter Wertpapierboerse exchanges. PowerShares president Bruce Bond told Financial News he aims to pass $1 billion in assets in the European ETFs within a year.
