Credit Suisse anaylst has upgraded
Waddell & Reed shares to outperform,
The Kansas City Star reports. "Waddell & Reed — like many other growth-biased managers — has displayed strong performance in its flagship funds,” wrote Credit Suisse's
Craig Siegenthaler in his report. In particular, Siegenthaler cited the performance of the Asset Strategy, Global Natural Resources, Large Cap Growth, Accumulative and International Growth funds this year. Waddell & Reed shares ended Monday at $28.21, up 3.7 percent.
