Vanguard Mega-Cap Launch: Part 2

In today's WSJ FundTrack, Daisey Maxey takes on Vanguard's new ETF launch. Maxey reasons that mega-cap companies are coming back into favor on Wall Street so now is as good a time as any to launch a fund that focuses on them. Vanguard announced the fund launch on Monday.
