ETF Firms to SEC: Give Us a Break

The ETF industry isn't happy about Regulation NMS, and some of the firms are looking for help from the SEC. CCH Wall Street reports that some of the companies have asked the regulatory agency for relief from the regulation's order protection "best possible price" rule, implemented last month as a pilot program.
