Portfolio Manager Steps Down From 2 Delaware Funds

The existing portfolio management teams for the two offerings will continue to run the funds.


Today, Delaware Investments Global Dividend and Income Fund, Inc. and Delaware Investments Dividend and Income Fund, Inc. (the "Funds"), New York Stock Exchange-listed closed-end funds trading under the symbols "DGF" and "DDF" respectively, announced that Jordan L. Irving will no longer serve as portfolio manager to the Funds in order to pursue other opportunities within Delaware Investments.

The existing portfolio management team of D. Tysen Nutt, Jr., Anthony A. Lombardi, Robert A. Vogel, Jr., Nikhil G. Lalvani, Nashira S. Wynn, Zoe A. Neale, Edward A. "Ned" Gray, Todd A. Bassion, Philip R. Perkins, Thomas H. Chow, Babak Zenouzi and Damon J. Andres will continue to manage Delaware Investments Global Dividend and Income Fund, Inc.

The existing portfolio management team of Mr. Nutt, Mr. Lombardi, Mr. Vogel, Mr. Lalvani, Ms Wynn, Mr. Chow, Mr. Zenouzi and Mr. Andres will continue to manage Delaware Investments Dividend and Income Fund, Inc.

Delaware Investments Global Dividend and Income Fund, Inc.

Delaware Investments Global Dividend and Income Fund, Inc. is a diversified, closed-end fund that trades under the symbol "DGF" on the New York Stock Exchange. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide high current income. Capital appreciation is a secondary objective of the Fund. There is no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objective.
