to provide custody, fund accounting and fund administration services, according to a news release on Thursday.
, chairman, chief executive officer and chief investment officer at the New York City-based asset manager, pointed to State Street's "leadership position in the US mutual fund business and its overall commitment to the industry" as the reasons behind the decision.
"State Street was a good choice for us to consolidate our services," Baron said.
