Forward Steps Up with Two New Board Members

Toby Rosenblatt and Jeffrey P. Cusack have joined the board of directors at Forward Management, LLC, a San Francisco-based investment management firm. Rosenblatt currently serves as president of Founders Investments Ltd., a private investment company, as well as director of the BlackRock Funds. Jeffrey P. Forward Management, LLC (Forward), a San Francisco-based investment management boutique firm, today announced that Toby Rosenblatt and Jeffrey P. Cusack have been added to the Forward Management Board of Directors.

Toby Rosenblatt serves as president of Founders Investments Ltd., a private investment company, as well as director of the BlackRock Funds. Rosenblatt has a career in financial management that spans more than 40 years, including being a former board member of the State Street Research Mutual Funds and the MetLife Series Mutual Funds. Rosenblatt also serves as a director and trustee on a number of civic and community organizations. He was appointed by President Clinton as one of the founding board of directors of the Presidio Trust and reappointed by President Bush in 2001, serving as chairman of that board until 2005. He holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Jeffrey P. Cusack is managing director for REX & Co., a real estate investment company in San Francisco. Previously, Cusack was as executive vice president, head of sales and marketing for JPMorgan Private Client Services, leading a group serving high net-worth clients. Prior to that, Cusack was senior vice president and head of managed accounts for Charles Schwab. For twelve years, Cusack was senior vice president and divisional director of Smith Barney Consulting Group where he supported Financial Consultants serving high net worth investors and institutions. Cusack is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from New England College.
