Lipper Adds Retirement Planning Tool to Repertoire

Lipper has further expanded its presence in the global retirement marketplace with the launch of Lipper Retirement Insight, a Web-based application that combines Lipper’s investment and fund analysis, report generation and relationship management tools into a single turnkey product for efficient retirement plan management.


Lipper, Inc., a leading mutual fund research firm and subsidiary of Reuters, continues to expand its presence in the global retirement marketplaces with the launch of Lipper Retirement Insight. An investment selection and monitoring tool, Lipper Retirement Insight simplifies the fiduciary reporting process enabling financial advisors, consultants and retirement product providers the means to offer insight and unbiased recommendations to retirement plan fiduciaries.

Lipper Retirement Insight, a web-based application, combines Lipper’s institutional- quality investment and fund analysis, report generation and relationship management tools into a single turnkey product for efficient retirement plan management. Features include client-specific investment policy statements, reports on current and prospective plan investments, fund/manager fact sheets and monthly/quarterly performance reports.

Earlier this year, Lipper added Optimal Indices to its retirement product lineup. These indices, comprised of target risk benchmarks based on ETFs, provide users the ability to compare multi-asset portfolios against specific risk profiles.
