reports that the independent directors' organization is releasing a report today to help "fund directors assess the fee ... [and] fulfill their fiduciary duty."

does not go into the details of the forum's report. However, the paper does reveal that, in light of the SEC's recent announcement that it will review the 12b-1 rule, the forum next hopes to write and send its own recommendations on the rule to the SEC.
