Fidelity on Monday filed a revised 13-F form for the first quarter of 2006, after accidentally failing to include some holdings in the original SEC filing, reported
Reuters.
The error involved about 16 percent of the firm's total reported holdings, representing several hundred securities, said a spokesperson. He said the mistakes did not affect the return, performance or NAV of any of Fidelity's mutual fund offerings.
