On March 12, 2015, Reich & Tang revealed plans to exit the money market mutual fund business, its only mutual fund product line. It was slated to liquidate its five onshore money market funds and its one offshore one by July 31, 2015.
Reich & Tang emerged in 1974 and is committed to "maintaining the highest standards in liquidity and short-term cash management services."
The shop is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natixis Global Asset Management, which in turn is a subsidiary of BPCE.
