As of October 3, the Equinox Chesapeake Strategy Fund has changed its management fees.

On November 1, Northwestern Mutual's Equity Income Portfolio is waiving a portion of its management fees.

As of October 7, the Schwab U.S. Mid-Cap ETF, the Schwab U.S. Small-Cap ETF, the Schwab International Equity ETF, the Schwab Emerging Markets Equity ETF and the Schwab U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF have reduced their respective management fees.

The Delaware Limited-Term Diversified Income Fund is updating its shareholder fees and annual fund operating expenses.

The AC Alternatives Income Fund is updating its shareholder fees and annual fund operating expenses.

Rebranding

The Dreyfus Tax Exempt Cash Management Fund changed its name to the Dreyfus AMT-Free Tax Exempt Cash Management Fund. The Dreyfus New York Municipal Cash Management Fund changed its name to the Dreyfus AMT-Free New York Municipal Cash Management Fund.

Fund shareholders of the Henderson Global Funds are being asked to vote of a reogranization of the funds with the Janus Funds. Henderson and Janus plan to merge next year, as reported by the MFWire.

Exemptive Relief

Montage Managers Trust, Foreside Fund Services, LLC and Tortoise Index Solutions, LLC are requesting exemptive relief to launch ETFs, including index-based ETFs, self-indexing ETFs, long/short ETFs, and 130/30 ETFs.

Empowered Funds, LLC and Quasar Distributors, LLC are requesting exemptive relief to launch ETFs, including index-based ETFs, self-indexing ETFs, long/short ETFs, and 130/30 ETFs.

Portfolio Managers

As of September 2016, Jeffrey Feingold is now a PM of the Fidelity Independence Fund.

Ryan McAllister is now a PM of the USAA World Growth Fund.

On January 1, Edward Wiese will no longer serve as a co-PM of Northwestern Mutual's Short-Term Bond Portfolio. Michael Reinartz will be the sole PM and chairman.
