Rothenberg will strategize about growing Russell's implementation services group and provide guidance for business lines including portfolio transition, interim asset management, agency currency execution and overlay service. He will report to Bob Werner, managing director of Russell implementation services. Previously, Rothenberg was U.S. head of equity sales, marketing and strategic business development at Nomura Securities International.
