Calling the two Fidelity's "new odd couple," Kerber painted Lawson as a flashy Brit contrasted with Johnson's stoic New England attitude. According to the report, after Lawson left Fidelity 16 years ago, he never had a bad word to say about the company, demonstrating Johnson's favorite trait: loyalty.
