Wednesday, June 29, 2005 SEC's Cutler Joins D.C. Firm Stephen Cutler, the former Director of Enforcement at the SEC, will join the Washington D.C office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, the law firm he was a partner at before joining the SEC in 1999. Cutler will join the firm in the fall as co-chair of the securities department, sharing the role with another ex-director of the enforcement division, William R. McLucas.
