Bisys Lands PFPC Sales Exec

Bisys Fund Services has tapped a former PFPC executive to oversee its global marketing, client service and product development.

James W. Nolan, who is 42 years old, joins Bisys Fund Services as executive vice president and reports to Fred Naddaff, president of the unit. The post is newly created, according to Bisys officials.

Nolan had been at PFPC where he was senior vice president and managing director for global business development. He also was responsible for product development and distribution support services. Before joining PFPC he held mutual fund operations related posts at Boston Financial Data Services, Pioneer Group, G.T. Global, and Wells Fargo Bank.

A spokesperson for PFPC said that Nolan’s other staff members in the business and sales units have assumed Nolan’s responsibilities.
