Friday, May 27, 2005 W&R's Tucker Gets Comfy Exit Waddell & Reed Financial's ex-chief executive officer Keith Tucker will get $6 million to stay on as a consultant for the company for the next eight years, according to the Business Journal of Kansas City. Tucker will receive $3 million after a seven-day revocation period and $375,000 annually for eight years. In exchange, Tucker will have to clock no more than 325 hours (or approximately 40 nine-hour days) in the first year, 250 hours in the second year and 200 hours in years three through eight.
