Wednesday, May 11, 2005 Fund Probe Delays Bisys Earnings, Again Bisys announced in a SEC filing that it would again delay the release of its quarterly report due to a regulatory probe related to the firm's mutual fund servicing practices. The company previously announced on April 19 that its board of directors was beginning an internal audit. The Audit Committee of the board has retained Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison to assist with the audit. Bisys officials said they would not meet the May 16, 2005 extension deadline but would try to file it "as soon as possible."
