Friday, April 15, 2005 Who Wants to be CEO of Amvescap? Amvescap, continuing its hunt for a chief executive officer, has hired the search firm Spencer Stuart. The firm has also created a three-member board of non-executive directors to help with the search. Rex D. Adams, Edward P. Lawrence and Bevis Longstreth serve on the board. According to a release, the new committee has already received a list of potential candidates from Spencer Stuart and will begin interviews "as soon as practicable."
