Tuesday, April 12, 2005 Vanguard Vet Mulls Career Change Karen Reidy, manager of Vanguard's Balanced and Core Equity funds, will hand over management of those funds to colleagues effective May 1 as she pursues other opportunities with Steve Scheid, chief executive officer, reported Reuters. Janus and Reidy denied that Reidy's career-change was not related to either of the fund's track record. "This decision is about a desire for change in my life, both personally and professionally," stated Reidy.
