Friday, April 8, 2005 Janus Hires Exec for Institutional Biz Janus has hired away a London-based consultant relations veteran from Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Carolyn Patton, who has served in various leadership capacities in consultant relations at Morgan Stanley for six years, has joined Janus Institutional Asset Management as director of Global Consultant Relations. A Janus spokesperson did not immediately return a call seeking further information. Patton is based out of Janus' Denver headquarters and reports to John W. Zimmerman, executive vice president and managing director of Janus Institutional Asset Management. "Adding [Patton] to our team in this new and critical position is another important step as we continue to expand Janus' institutional business globally," stated Zimmerman.
