Philly Chooses Manager for $145 MM Large Cap Mandate


New York Life Investment Management is the winner of a search conducted by the City of Philadelphia Board of Pensions and Retirement to manage $145 million in a Large Cap Enhanced Index separate account.

Harvey Fram, managing director, NYLIM Equity Investors, will lead a team that will manage the account. With the Philadelphia account, the team will manage a total of $1.845 billion in large cap assets.

Fiduciary Investment Solutions, a consultancy based in Philadelphia, conducted the search.
