American AAdvantage Names Indy Chair


The board of the American AAdvantage Funds elected Kneeland Youngblood, co-founder of PE firm Pharos Capital Group LLC, as its independent chairman during a January 27 meeting.

Youngblood has been a trustee of the American AAdvantage Mileage Funds since 1996 and a trustee of American AAdvantage Select Funds since 1999. For his trusteeship, Youngblood was compensated $36,207 in aggregate for his filing.

Youngblood is a co-founder of PE firm Pharos Capital Group LLC, a trustee of the Employees Retirement Fund of Dallas, as well as a director on the boards for Burger King Corporation and Starwood Hotesl & Resorts Worldwide.
