Friday, January 21, 2005 New Prez at PFPC PFPC has promoted Stephen M. Wynne to president from chief operating officer. Wynne takes over the title from boss Timothy G. Shack, chairman and chief executive officer of PFPC. Wynne has worked with PFPC for 25 years, most recently managing PFPC's fund accounting and administration services. PFPC is owned by PNC Financial Services Group. The company has not yet named a new COO, said PFPC spokeswoman Jeanette Harrison-Sullivan.
