Wednesday, January 19, 2005 SEC Exec Says Goodbye The SEC is saying goodbye to another staff member. Patrick Von Bargen, managing executive for policy and staff, will leave the agency at the end of February. SEC spokesman John Heine said a replacement has not yet been named by SEC Chairman William Donaldson. Von Bargen will take up a role as CEO of Center for Venture Education.
