Wednesday, January 19, 2005 Lord Abbett Bulks up Internal Sales Desk Lord, Abbett & Co.'s has promoted Paul Schieber to head of its internal sales desk. Schieber, as director of internal wholesaling, will be responsible for managing more than 60 internal sales employees that provide sales support for the firm's regional managers and clients. "Appointing Paul is a strategic step toward delivering the Firm's resources to Financial Advisors in more concerted and effective ways," said Bob Noelke, partner and director of national sales.
