Top Dog at National City Investment to Resign

Donald Ross, president and chief investment officer of Armada Funds' advisor National City Investment Management Company, will leave the company in at the end of March to pursue other career options, the company announced on Tuesday.

If a replacement is not found before Ross leaves, he will continue to manage investments for the company. Ross joined NCIMC in 1995.

"We're in the early stages" of the search for replacement, said Doug Draper, National City spokesperson. He declined to comment on whether the company would find a replacement from within the ranks of the firm or from outside the firm.

At this time the company is not announcing any other personnel changes related to Ross' planned departure, said Draper.
