SEC Staffs Northeast Office
The SEC has promoted several enforcement officers in its Northeast office. Helene Glotzer, David Rosenfeld and Andrew Calamari were all promoted to associate regional directors in the Northeast regional office's Enforcement Division.
They report to Mark Schonfeld, who is the director of the Northeast office. Stephen Cutler heads the SEC's Division of Enforcement.
The office's vacancies were created by the departure of one director and the promotion of Schonfeld in June.
Prior to working at the SEC, Glotzer, Rosenfeld and Calamari all worked in private practice for Brown & Wood, Davis Polk & Wardwell and Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine, respectively.
