Integrity Reports Q3 Earnings, Drop in Assets


Small fund shop Integrity Mutual Funds reported third quarter earnings on Friday.

The Minot, North Dakota-based firm earned $0.01 per diluted share for the third quarter, up from the $0.00 earned in the same period last year, according to a SEC filing.

Total assets under management were $357.8 million at the end of the third quarter, down 2.6 percent from $367.2 million at the second quarter and up 2.3 percent from $349.6 million at the same period last year.

Equity funds disproportionately contributed to the loss in quarter over quarter assets. Although equity fund assets made up only 20 percent of total assets at the end of the third quarter, equity fund losses contributed to nearly 80 percent of the total loss in assets from the second quarter.

Fixed income assets, 80 percent or $285.5 million of total assets at the third quarter, decreased by $2 million. The loss contributed to 21 percent of total assets lost over the second quarter.
