Nasdaq and American Stock Exchange officials have modified their original agreement to move the trading of the Nasdaq-100 Tracking Stock Index, which is currently listed on the Amex under the ticker "QQQ", to the Nasdaq effective December 1. Under the original agreement between the two exchanges, the fund would trade on the Amex until June 2005. The index will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol "QQQQ," and continue trading on an unlisted trading privileges basis on the Amex. The exchange-traded fund had $22.1 billion in assets at the end of October. Printed from: MFWire.com/story.asp?s=8420 Copyright 2004, InvestmentWires, Inc. All Rights Reserved |
