Charles Schwab Loses Two Counsel

Two of Charles Schwab's legal and compliance executives have left the firm, reported Institutional Investor.

Selwyn Notelovitz, global head of compliance for Charles Schwab Corp., and Elaine Lindenmayer, deputy general counsel of the Charles Schwab & Co., have both decided to say farewell to Schwab.

Notelovitz will join the Boston office of Wellington Management, reported II. A Wellington Management spokeswoman did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Sources told II that Lindenmayer will not be looking for a new position until 2005.
