AXA Intros Allocation Funds


AXA has filed to launch three asset allocation funds under AXA Premier Funds Trust.

The funds, called AXA Enterprise Conservative Allocation Fund, AXA Enterprise Moderate Allocation Fund, and the AXA Enterprise Aggressive Allocation Fund will invest in other AXA mutual funds.

A team from AXA Funds Management Group, the asset management unit of AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, will be the investment manager for the funds.

Net operating expenses for all three funds are 90 basis points for Class A shares, 145 basis points for Class B and Class C shares, and 45 basis points for Class Y shares.

The minimum investment in the funds is $2,000.

Enterprise Fund Distributors, AXA Advisors and AXA Distributors, all subsidiaries of AXA, will co-distribute the funds.
