Tuesday, September 28, 2004 Indy Directors Group Now Online ICI spin-off the Independent Directors' Council has released their group's new website. The website features events, the group's policy positions, and the group's members. Events planned for the remainder of the year include a directors' conference in Washington in late October, and regional meetings in Chicago, San Francisco, Denver and Los Angeles. The group was created by the Investment Company Institute in May to serve as a forum for independent directors to interact.
