Tuesday, July 27, 2004 Delaware Names New Head of Munis Delaware Investments announced the promotion of Joseph Baxter to head of municipal bond development on Monday. Baxter takes over for Patrick Coyne, who remains with Delaware as a co-head of fixed income, said spokesman Tom Gariepy. Stephen Czepiel joined Delaware as vice president and senior municipal bond trader. Czepiel leaves Loop Capital. The appointments were effective earlier this month, said Gariepy.
