Guardian Promotes Two Salesmen

Brian Krivitsky and Peter Joyce have stepped up to new roles at Guardian Investor Services (GIS), the mutual funds, fixed and variable annuity distribution arm of Guardian.

Brian Krivitsky has been promoted to district sales vice president of the Western district, which includes California, Hawaii, Alaska, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho. Krivitsky reports to Keith Roddy, national sales director for GIS.

Krivitsky takes the place of Alan Matthews.

Peter Joyce comes out of retirement to replace Krivitsky as vice president of internal sales. Joyce was recruited for the spot by friend and GIS President, Bruce Long, said Alayna Tagariello, Guardian spokeswoman. Long is also executive vice president of equity products at the Guardian Life Insurance.

Prior to retiring, Joyce worked on variable annuity sales, marketing and product development at New England Financial.
