International Management Firm Names New Board


The Supervisory Board of CDC IXIS Asset Management has announced the appointment of a new Executive Board.

Peter S. Voss has been named chairman, replacing Daniel Roy and will be joined by Jean-Paul Marchetti and Jacques Ollivier.

CDC IXIS Asset Management is a global investment management firm headquartered in Paris with $397 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2003. The firm's North American operations are headquartered in Boston and include 15 affiliated nvestment management firms and distribution and service groups including AEW Capital Management, Capital Growth Management Caspian Capital Management and Hansberger Global Investors.

Voss has co-managed CDC IXIS Asset Management with Daniel Roy since 2000 when the firm acquired Nvest, and has played a major role in developing the firm's strategy for long-term growth.

CNP Assurances. Ollivier comes from Caisse des Depots where he was director of finance for the Direction des Fonds d'Epargne where his responsibilities included managing a portfolio of securities worth billons.
