This morning, the folks at Regan Capital, LLC [profile] highlighted the recent third birthday of the Regan Total Return Income Fund. Reaching this milestone can be critical for a fund's marketing and distribution prospects, as many screening methods and tools automatically exclude funds with track records going back less than three years.

The Regan fund's inception date was October 1, 2020. It now has $510.2 million in AUM, according to Morningstar. Investor shares (RCTRX) come with an expense ratio of 155 basis points (including a 13bps fee waiver), while institutional shares (RCIRC) come with an expense ratio of 131 bps (including a 10bps fee waiver). The waivers are promised through January 31, 2024.

The Dallas-based firm's fund is a series of the Trust for Advised Portfolios. Regan serves as investment advisor. Since inception, the fund's PM team has been the same: Chris Hall, senior portfolio manager; and Skyler Weinand, managing partner.

The Regan Total Return Income Fund's other service providers include: BBD, LLP as independent accounting firm; Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as counsel; ACA Foreside's Quasar Distributors, LLC as distributor; U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (dba U.S. Bank Global Fund Services) as administrator, dividend disbursing agent, and transfer agent; and U.S. Bank National Association as custodian.
