Happy Labor Day Weekend!


In observance of the Labor Day market holiday, MFWire will be closed this coming Monday, September 4. But don't worry; we'll be back (remotely, at least) on Tuesday, September 5.

In the meantime ...

  • Play a boardgame or a ball game;
  • Mind your manners, your calendar, the needle, and your teeth;
  • Thank an inspector;
  • Eat a popover or two, some soy, some takeout, smoked meat, a frozen treat, a fruit, some cheese bread, some nuts;
  • Wear some color, or not;
  • Pick up the phone and talk;
  • Pet a furry friend, or a not-so-furry one;
  • Check your mirror;
  • Raise a glass;
  • Learn about another threat;
  • Feed someone else;
  • Take a break from rhymes;
  • Punch it, in style;
  • Write to someone;
  • Keep an eye on some flowers;
  • Have courage;
  • Park and feast;
  • Look up;
  • Remember an ending;
  • Put down that razor; and
  • Get outside and celebrate.
