Monday, December 22, 2003 Vanguard Readies four Cash Funds The Vanguard Group has filed plans with the SEC for another four money market funds for its Vanguard Cash Management Trust. The four funds are the Vanguard Market Liquidity Fund, the Vanguard Yorktown Liquidity Fund, the Vanguard Municipal Cash Management Fund and the Vanguard Short Duration Liquidity Fund. The funds will be open only to Vanguard funds and other trusts and accounts managed by Vanguard and its affiliates, according to the filing. No other investors will be allowed in the funds.
