A Client Outreach and Marketing Master Joins a Windy City Fund Firm


A new client and marketing guru has landed at a Windy City mutual fund and advisory firm, and this particular hire comes pre-equipped with twenty years of experience in the financial services industry.

Tara Harkins (nee Pazinski)

Vice President, Client Experience and Marketing Execution
On August 2, Tara Harkins (nee Pazinski), who most recently served as vice president in financial network marketing for Lincoln from 2014 to August of this year, started with Chicago-based Harbor Capital Advisors. She is Harbor's newest director of client experience and marketing execution.

A spokesperson for Harbor writes that Harkins "will lead efforts to evolve Harbor's client experience with an increased focus on voice of the customer."

Harkins reports directly to Jamie Lee, senior vice president and head of marketing.

Prior to her work with both harbor and Lincoln, Harkins was an individual markets segment director with Voya Financial for nine years. From 2000 to 2005, she was a product manager for Nuveen Investments. Harkins is an alumna of the York College of Pennsylvania.
