15 Fund Firms Win Praise For Disability Inclusion


15 mutual fund firms are winning praise for their efforts related to disability inclusion.

The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN recently recognized a number of companies with the two organizations' 2021 Disability Equality Index (DEI).

Fund firms (or fund firms' parents) that received a 100-percent score on the index this year include: BNY Mellon, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, the Hartford, J.P. Morgan, Principal Financial Group, Prudential Financial (parent of PGIM), State Street (parent of SSGA), Voya Financial, and Wells Fargo.

Ameriprise (parent of Columbia Threadneedle), BBH, and TIAA (parent of Nuveen) scored 90 percent each, and Franklin Templeton scored 80 percent.
